SellSync is a high-concurrency synchronization engine designed for large-scale eCommerce automation. It automates listings and order management across 3+ major platforms using an asynchronous background processing pipeline (Redis + RQ), which achieved an 85% reduction in API response times. The platform features an automated marketing pipeline utilizing OpenCV, Pillow, and NumPy for dynamic product asset generation, optimized for high throughput via multi-threaded background workers.

Challenge

Maintaining real-time inventory accuracy across multiple volatile marketplaces while handling high-volume image processing and API synchronization without hitting rate limits.

Solution

I engineered a resilient multi-service architecture using a Flask-based processing engine and a Next.js administrative dashboard. By implementing a sophisticated persistence layer with Supabase and strategic Redis caching, I eliminated inventory overselling and optimized throughput with ThreadPoolExecutor workers.

Outcome

Successfully streamlined operations for enterprise sellers, delivering a KPI-driven admin dashboard populated with real-time analytics from ApexCharts and processing hundreds of automated listings daily.
